By accessing and using LongIsland.Rehab ("the Site"), operated by LONGISLAND.REHABS DBA Long Island Rehab Helpline & Crisis Intervention, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Site or services.

2. Who We Are

LongIsland.Rehab is an independent publisher and addiction treatment navigation resource. We are not a treatment facility, clinical provider, or licensed medical practice. We do not provide detox, residential treatment, outpatient programming, medication management, or any direct addiction treatment services.

We publish free educational content about addiction, recovery, and behavioral health, and we connect Long Island residents and their families with appropriate treatment resources, recovery support professionals, and intervention services.

Our team includes:

• NCACIP-certified addiction intervention professionals
• Certified Recovery Peer Advocates (CRPAs)
• Certified Addiction Recovery Coaches (CARCs)
• Certified interventionists available by referral upon request

3. Description of Services

LongIsland.Rehab provides the following at no cost to users:

Publishing & Education

Free informational content about addiction, substance use disorders, treatment options, insurance coverage, and recovery resources for Long Island residents and the broader New York area.

Treatment Navigation

Guidance across all levels of care — from peer mentorship and sober coaching to outpatient counseling, IOP, PHP, stabilization, detox, inpatient rehab, and MAT. We help individuals and families understand their options and identify programs that fit their clinical situation, insurance coverage, and personal circumstances.

Recovery Support Referrals

Upon request, we connect callers with Certified Recovery Peer Advocates (CRPAs), Certified Addiction Recovery Coaches (CARCs), and sober coaching professionals serving Long Island and the New York metro area.

Intervention Referrals

Upon request, we connect families with certified intervention professionals serving Long Island and the New York metro area.

Insurance Guidance

General information about how major insurance plans cover addiction treatment. This is educational information only — not a guarantee of coverage. All benefits must be verified directly with your insurance provider and the treatment facility.

4. Advertising, Call Routing and Financial Relationships

Long Island Rehab Helpline & Crisis Intervention is an independent information and treatment-navigation service. We are not a hospital, detoxification facility, residential treatment center or emergency service, and we do not provide medical diagnosis or treatment.

Calls may be answered by Long Island Rehab Helpline & Crisis Intervention or routed or transferred to an independent treatment provider or other appropriate resource based on factors such as the caller's stated needs, location, insurance information, service availability and provider capabilities. A transfer or referral does not guarantee admission, insurance coverage, clinical suitability or any particular treatment result.

Some treatment providers or other organizations presented on this website may have an advertising or marketing relationship with us. We may receive compensation for advertising, marketing services or call-routing services where permitted by law. Compensation is not based on whether a caller enters treatment and is not determined by any treatment result, recovery result or other clinical outcome. Callers are not charged by Long Island Rehab Helpline & Crisis Intervention for using the helpline.

Financial relationships may affect which participating providers are displayed, featured or available to receive a call. They do not control our independently produced educational content, and payment does not constitute an endorsement, guarantee of quality or representation that a provider is appropriate for every person. Users should independently verify a provider's licensure, accreditation, services, insurance participation and suitability before making treatment decisions.

Listings and educational content may also include providers or public resources with which we have no financial relationship. We do not represent every treatment provider or treatment option available in Long Island, New York or the United States.
